We had the advantage of having a long lead time prior to listing our home in Bothell. Dennis & Don helped us strategize with improvements, maintenance, market timing, and pricing strategies. We also needed help to maneuver a complicated legal issue concerning an ADU. Dennis had just the right attorney referral to help us.
