We had the advantage of having a long lead time prior to listing our home in Bothell. Dennis & Don helped us strategize with improvements, maintenance, market timing, and pricing strategies. We also needed help to maneuver a complicated legal issue concerning an ADU. Dennis had just the right attorney referral to help us.

Shout out to Terri as well who kept me up to date on the sale process including: sending me documents of sale as soon as it was available from the escrow, and regularly updating me during the timeline of sale from offer acceptance date to closing . She also reminded me to setup utilities on time and provided links and contact number which made the whole process so easy and worryfree. Buying a house has loads of steps and is stressful throughout but Dennis and Terri take away most (if not all) of your stress so highly recommend them if you are buying a property in greater seattle area.
