The area offers many shopping destinations, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, craft breweries, art, entertainment, parks, trails, recreation, and puts on various festivals and special events. 

The city is also home to the University of Washington-Bothell, and Cascade Community College.

Bothell’s location, sandwiched between Bellevue to the east, and Seattle to the west, allows easy access to Lake Washington’s east side and west side.

Bothell spans approximately 14 miles, straddling the King County and Snohomish County lines, and is home to about 46,657 residents. The median annual household income in Bothell is roughly $96,012, significantly higher than the Washington median household income of about $70,979.

In Bothell, the stately homes, neatly tucked in a blanket of mature, colorful trees, hold median values of about $522,712, also above the state’s median home values of around $339,000.

Kenmore, Washington

Woodinville spans 6.17 square miles in Washington’s 98028 zip code and is home to about 22,867 residents.

Woodinville

Woodinville is often referred to as Washington’s wine country, featuring grapes harvested from the state’s eastern portion. The community is nestled amidst densely wooded areas along the Sammamish River.
